Here we are then...2023! How is it shaping up for you so far? In our household we like to set INTENTIONS for the year ahead - things we would like to achieve but not necessarily change about ourselves...for example, we are going to start learning Spanish!
So what do you think could be a good intention for you for 2023? Be realistic and SMART with your goals and intentions - it is easy to set yourself up for failure if you're not careful, so make sure you are able to achieve your goals!

I am sitting here writing this catch up email in my hotel room in Stevenage whilst on my Multiple Sclerosis Therapists course. I have learned a lot about the condition and the different trials and tribulations that each person afflicted will have to endure; and just how different this can be for each person. I didn't think it could grow anymore, but I feel a new sense of empathy and sympathy for those that are suffering with this debilitating condition. Not to mention an overwhelming urge to help!
